Citizens have now challenged the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency for failing to properly implement the bi-state compact. You can read the plaintiff's press release and the complaint below. The law firm they hired is no slouch when it comes to this kind of suit. These things take time and may never get to court. We shall see.
