An idyllic Italian hill town in Solano County?

Update: The project was reported on KCRA3 on Sept. 1st, after we posted this story. Wonder if they read our blog?

As you might expect for a sprawl development at the urban fringe, there is now a website that promises good stewardship for the billionaires' utopia. We remain concerned that extreme wealth is allowed to drive the formation of new cities in California's undeveloped unincorporated areas while the state's policy set inhibits local control for the residents and businesses of existing urbanized communities in unincorporated areas.

We learned about that website from The San Francisco Standard, which recently published an online article about the project. According to their own website, their online news and information resource is financed by one of the project's investors.
