Proposition 50 was passed by voters by a margin of 64.4% to 35.6% in the November 2025 Statewide Special Election. The Proposition reset Congressional District boundaries. A map of the new districts is available here. The restructured districts will be in effect for Congressional elections in 2026, 2028 and 2030. After 2030 our state's Congressional Districts are to be reconfigured by the California Redistricting Commission based on results of the nationwide Census for 2030.
